Yes, travel advisors are skilled at handling special requests, whether it’s arranging for dietary needs, mobility accommodations, or special events like anniversaries or birthdays. Absolutely. One of the biggest advantages of using a travel advisor is the support they provide if issues arise during your trip. Whether it’s a flight cancellation, lost luggage, or a hotel problem, your advisor can assist in resolving these issues quickly and efficiently, giving you peace of mind.

It’s best to contact a travel advisor as soon as you start thinking about your trip, especially for popular destinations or peak travel times. For complex or international travel, 6-12 months in advance is ideal. However, advisors can also assist with last-minute plans, depending on availability and your flexibility.

Travel agents earn money through a combination of commissions or planning fees. We typically receive commissions from hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers when they book on behalf of clients. Some agents may also charge service or consultation fees for their expertise and time.  We are not paid hourly and don’t get paid until our clients travel.
