As a travel advisor, our main job is to customize a vacation for our clients. Our clients can "book" a vacation anywhere, but we want to create experiences for them. We want to provide a service they cannot get anywhere else. I'd like to have you create a sample customized vacation experience. Based on your current planning knowledge, please quote a vacation for the Jones family. If you're not planning to book Disney destinations or haven't been to Disney, please quote scenario B. Otherwise quote scenario A. Please present this as you would for a potential client, so make this as professional as possible. Feel free to use any apps or software to put the proposal together in a format to present to a potential client. Here's some important things to include: Accommodations, what are they and why did you choose them (please include 3 separate options) Tickets (for scenario A) describe what they are and what that type means Any addons? Dining plan, photo package, insurance, etc. Explain why you'd recommend these and explain the benefits & inclusions. *Scenario A-Hi! I'm Jane Jones and I've heard you're the go to person for planning Disney vacations! My daughter will turn three in June and I'd love to take her for her birthday, I'm hoping since she will have just turned three that we can sneak her in for free (she turns three on June 1, but we'd like to travel June 17-21). She loves Belle and would love to eat with her at Be Our Guest. My son will be 8 and loves Harry Potter. We are excited to ride the Harry Potter train at MGM and do all the star wars stuff. We'd like to stay as close to the parks as possible. I don't really have a budget in mind because I have no clue how much this stuff costs. I can't wait to see what you create for us! *Scenario B-Hi! I'm Jim Doe and I'd love to take my wife on a cruise or to an all inclusive resort for our 25th wedding anniversary. Our anniversary is in October, but I've heard that's hurricane season. So we'd like to go around early to mid September. My wife loves trying new foods and visiting new destinations. We've been to the bahamas multiple times so would like to go somewhere different. We are beach people so a gorgeous, swimmable beach is a priority. We have an all in budget of $8,000 and would like to either fly from Atlanta or leave from a Florida port like Port Canaveral, Ft. Lauderdale, or Miami. I can't wait to see what you find for us!
